About me

Hi, I’m Laura. I am from Prague, Czech Republic. I trained and practiced in educational psychology, family therapy, human rights advocacy, public policy, transactional analysis, systemic constellations, counselling, couching, complex trauma, since 2020 in Internal family systems (Level 3) with focus on transgenerational trauma (legacy) and group dynamics, in Attachment Focused EMDR (2022) and in Integrative sex and couples therapy (with Tammy Nelson, 2024). I am passionate to help others achieve their goals, improve relationships, and find purpose and joy in their life.

I also completed the Traumatic Stress Studies Programme under Bessel van der Kolk, MD at the Trauma Research Foundation

I am a Certified Ancestral Healing Practitioner, and I trained and certified in other modalities, e.g. Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS)  Directory of Providers

I also completed (August 2025) the Professional Certificate in Psychedelic practice with PsyEdu.
